Project Manager

As a consultant, I’m accountable for delivering solutions that meet requirements, budget constraints and time frames. Professional project management ensures that results are achieved and deliverables are used in practice.

My main concern in project management is to ensure that all involved stakeholders understand the goals, priorities and constraints of the project and that results are delivered according to these criteria. A project is considered successful when the result is actually used and all involved parties are satisfied that it provides value.
